Context: Before launching a new recruitment app, the startup had to find a market fit.

Challenge: Research on market fit, UX strategy, working with corporate clients and HR departments for user interviews and content creation for sales packages

Tools used: Qualitative and quantitative research for identifying beachhead market and business model, User interviews, user journey mapping

Results: Delivered a launching strategy for the Amsterdam area and developed the onboarding process for first corporate clients
